I have never felt more aware of and in tune with my body and mind; this week has been kind of intense, and I’m not sure I would’ve handled it so well without all of the tools I took with me. With a better understanding of all the elements and qualities, incorporating Ayurvedic changes to my routine and diet now seem so much more accessible. I can’t wait to keep learning and soaking in more! It’s amazing how powerful Ayurveda is and I’m so grateful to you for sharing your gifts and wisdom! You are such an incredible, inspiring teacher, so thank you for being you and all the work you put in to our training to make it so awesome! -McKenzie
