Eka’s membership site is completely different from yoga memberships that I have seen. This site looks at you holistically. Angela doesn’t just provide amazing yoga videos, but she also provides Ayurvedic education, insights, and tips to help you balance your unique constitution. The yoga videos and guided meditations are perfectly timed so you can fit them into your day. From dosha balancing to quick fixes, there is a video that you can do to set you up for the perfect day or wind you down after work. There are also quick and easy recipes that can help balance your doshas and help you to eat seasonally. Most are vegan/vegetarian-friendly! The recipes also tell you why the ingredients are helpful to balance your dosha which I found so helpful! You can watch educational talks about your dosha so you can learn more about them and get DIY ayurvedic remedies for things like immunity to congestion. This is a site that sees you, whether you are looking to improve your health, your spirit, your yoga/meditation practice or all the above, this membership has something you need.
