Spring is a season of creativity, growth, and transformation as the natural world brightens and awakens. Embodying the sense of renewal, this practice encourages an opening for space and lightness in the mind and heart. Join Sarah and Valentina for an extended Yin yoga practice with Thai massage* assists in a small group setting. This practice will be an experience for your whole being, with an integration of physical stillness, slow movement, pranayama, conscious relaxation, and warmth through gentle touch, traditional Thai herbal compresses, and aromatherapy.
Yin Yoga is a meditative and nourishing practice that taps into the softer, quieter, and receptive aspects of our being. Thai massage is an ancient healing modality that blends assisted yoga stretches and massage techniques to restore balance both to the body and the mind.
This practice will honor the nurturing energy of Mother's Day, and each participant will receive a special Moon Events candle to represent the warmth of this energy.
We intentionally limit this event to 10 participants, so that everyone receives ample space and individual attention.
All are welcome. No prior experience with Yin Yoga or Thai Massage necessary to participate.
