Back pain is a very common health complaint that some people suffer with for a lifetime. While modern medicine can help subside the pain, it doesn’t fix the problem. In this workshop we will look at back pain from an Ayurvedic perspective, explore the root causes of the pain, and learn how to manage that pain on and off of our yoga mat.
This workshop will consist of both a lecture and yoga practice. No yoga experience needed to attend.
