As we shift toward the holiday season, more often than not, the act of doing increases, and the act of being decreases. This increase in doing without proper self-care is what weakens our immunity, leading to burnout and illness.

Join Angela for an evening of learning how to keep your ojas (health), even when you don’t think you have time for it. In this class, you’ll learn useful and easy to incorporate self-care rituals, as well as how to practice the art of mindfulness through intention setting, journaling, and yoga.

The class will consist of:

45 minutes of discussion,  meditation, journaling

75 minute yoga practice (Vinyasa and Restorative)
