At the shift of the seasons, as colors turn and wind picks up, nature invites us to turn inward and reflect on the year’s harvest. Join Sarah and Valentina to explore the shifts and transitions of the Vata season through a quiet, introspective practice that will serve as an internal touchstone to keep you even-keeled through seasonal shifts. Harvest Moon practice is designed to be a grounding and supportive experience for your whole being, with an integration of physical stillness, slow movement, pranayama, conscious relaxation, and warmth through gentle touch, traditional Thai herbal compresses and aromatherapy.
Yin Yoga is a meditative and nourishing practice that taps into the softer, quieter, and receptive aspects of our being. Thai massage is an ancient healing modality that blends assisted yoga stretches and massage techniques to restore balance both to the body and the mind.
