CCFG Tea - Cumin, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water

  • 2-inches fresh Ginger Root, roughly chopped

  • 1.5 teaspoons whole Coriander Seed

  • 1.5 teaspoons whole Fennel Seed

  • 1.5 teaspoons whole Cumin Seeds

Directions:

Bring the water and ginger root to a boil (or omit the ginger). Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Put the coriander, fennel and cumin seeds in a blender. Add the ginger tea, grind and strain.

•    Relieves gas

•    Helps with many pitta disorders, especially urinary or digestive.
