4 cups Water
2-inches fresh Ginger Root, roughly chopped
1.5 teaspoons whole Coriander Seed
1.5 teaspoons whole Fennel Seed
1.5 teaspoons whole Cumin Seeds
Bring the water and ginger root to a boil (or omit the ginger). Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Put the coriander, fennel and cumin seeds in a blender. Add the ginger tea, grind and strain.

• Helps with many pitta disorders, especially urinary or digestive.
