In addition to other lifestyle choices, each dosha or body constitution requires a particular diet. The food required for each diet is based off of the elements each dosha holds. For example, if you're body type tends to accumulate the element of air (bloating, gas, anxiety), you will want avoid foods that also contain that element and consume foods that are heavier and more grounding.
Keep in mind that the nutrition section is not the end all and be all for your constitution's diet. We are all a combination of the three doshas, so specific adjustments may need to be made. Sometimes all it takes to find balance is a bit of mindfulness.
